I'm a Salvationist (member of The Salvation Army church), and I was really impressed with this movie. It does a good portrayal of William Booth who founded The Salvation Army. It explains how he left the Methodist church so that he could focus his ministry on people others didn't want to help. I would wish that it showed a bit more of Catherine Booth - she was heavily involved in the ministry as well, but it is called "William Booth Story." The music was a perfect choice for this film. There weren't any sing-alongs which I appreciated; the kids in my class find them annoying. The animation was good. I know the students in my class will like it, and it will be a more visual way of educating them on how TSA was founded. Its accuracy impressed me enough that I will buy the rest of the series as well. All in all, I give it 4 stars.
