     | I highly recommend Matthew and Acts to everyone. This is the most accurate representation of the Bible I have ever seen. Along with the scriptural reference the depiction of Jesus is very refreshing and heart-warming. Jesus is so beautifully portrayed by Bruce M. as a joyful, loving, playful, compassionate man full of personality and wisdom, as I would imagine God's son to be. We always see portrayals of Jesus as a sad, long-faced, very thin blue-eyed man who rarely smiles and is always very serious and sad. The Bible says God is a happy God, His son should display this trait too in applicable situations. The joy on Jesus' face when he is healing and helping people is truly breathtaking. Of course, when Jesus dies you can't help but to cry, but then he is resurrected and he is smiling again and it makes you want to follow him. This film is absolutely beautiful. Writing this review makes me want to watch the movie again right now! I think Jesus himself would approve this depiction of him.
