Unplug the electronic games this year and enjoy a traditional form of family entertainment --board games!. The New Testament Bible game offers you a new experience each time you play.
For ages 10 and up.
The New Testament game highlights the birth, teachings and works, death and resurrection of the Christ. It recounts the challenges and triumphs of early Christianity and proclaims glorious victory in the final book of Revelations - what is to come!
Each game involves the use of the following items:
- Play Board -These colorful play boards each comprise of 168 blocks of squares which are all numbered. The squares contain writings, symbols or illustrations
- Penalty Cards - These 26 red cards with instructions indicating that a player has received a set back or learned a lesson for receiving the penalty. These cards are designed with various levels of penalties however geared toward learning a lesson for the penalty incurred. There are double and ultimate penalties inside the Penalty cards for more instruction and play excitement.
- Mercy Cards - These 4 purple cards with instructions indicating that a player has the option to replace a penalty for a mercy card. A player can trade a mercy card. This allows the player to strategically use their card one time to avoid a severe penalty.
- Blessing Cards -These 26 green cards with instructions indicating that a player is progressing by receiving advancement in play or Angel and Archangel Cards. There are Super and Ultimate Blessing inside the Blessing cards for more instruction and play enjoyment.
- Vision Story Book - These are larger than the penalty or blessing cards. The Vision Story Book has numbers that correspond to the numbers in the crown blocks on the play board. The Vision Story Book contains 28 visions that illustrate Biblical events which are highlighted in the squares. Also, inside the Vision Story Book there is a short story of the Biblical event with questions designed to engage each player and offer play advancement upon answering the correct question.
- Lots' and Play Pieces - For use by the players during the game. Lots are used instead of the use of dice.
Board Games Objective:
The objective is to be the first into the "Promised Land" or "Crown of Righteousness," but the lessons learned throughout the progress in the game are limitless. We encourage you to play often. Each time you play the Bible GameTM, you will find it to be a new experience.
